At Gadget Dokan Online Shop, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • You wish to return an unused product within 7 days of delivery (conditions apply).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging/tags.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been used or damaged due to customer handling.

  • Items without original packaging or accessories.

  • Personal care items, hygiene products, or consumables.

  • Discounted, clearance, or final-sale items.


3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect products).


5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, wrong order placed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been shipped.

  • Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
